Sleepy Press is a publishing project based in Amsterdam.

Rejection hurts, but it can also be empowering. Between 2000 and 2007, French artist Julien Prévieux sent a thousand letters of demotivation to jobs he didn’t feel like doing, explaining the reasons for his refusals.There are at least a thousand things to be angry about – write someone or something a letter to tell them how you feel, but send it to us instead.

Each publication also contains one of four rejection letters. These letters are authored by Isis Fawzy, Leyla Sünnenwold, Susanna Olmi and Şimal G. Imrak.
